Gia’s Last Photo Shoot

While it is unclear exactly which modeling photo shoot was officially Gia’s final, these are confirmed photos from one of Gia’s last photo shoots.

By 1983, Gia couldn’t get modeling work in the U.S., and ended up taking jobs in Germany, Greece, Brasil, Russia and other countries.

It’s saddening to see Gia bloated with a blank look in her eyes. Less than three years after these photos were taken, Gia would be dead of AIDS.
